The Journey of Entrepreneurship: Being in the Valley

As an entrepreneur, we may find ourselves questioning our own abilities, going through an ego crisis and facing the fear of failure.

Even though our credentials and life experience show that we are more than capable, when starting a venture, you may be starting from ground zero. Being in the valley means, rebranding and reestablishing yourself within a familiar market that doesn't recognize you outside of where you were before starting your business.

Having experienced this myself, I had to do the same outside of a large Fortune 500 company and reintroducing my brand to the market of coaching and consulting (i.e. the "Tony Robbins" and "Kelly Roach" world.)

In the midst of all this, I focused on 3 things:

  • My divine purpose

  • The vision I have for myself

  • The impact I want Radient Pearl to make on the lives of my clients

If you’re an entrepreneur and you have NOT experienced this, please tell me your secret … :-)

Starting the entrepreneurship journey is an awakening, but you have to stay consistent, because your life has a greater purpose. In this valley, I looked back at how far I’ve come and realized I gotta keep going!

After Oprah ended her successful daytime show and started the OWN network she had to redefine herself in a new market. It was not esay in the beginning, but she reassessed her plan and now we have Super Soul Sundays, reality shows and Dr. Phil....

In valley of entrepreneurship remember that everything you've done in your life has prepared you for this moment to take the right steps toward your destiny. The blessings are here and there is more to come. Stay grounded and focused on God and be still in the moment to hear his words.

It's your time to share your gifts with the world. Keep driving, keep doing, be authentic and follow your intuition. In the midst of your journey, be kind and patient with yourself.

Your purpose is far greater than any negativity you are currently feeling ... you got this! 💯💪

Keep GOING!
