As the Founder & CEO of Radient Pearl, it is Renée’s divine purpose to guide and empower others to become whatever they want to be - in life, business or leadership. Whether it is starting a new business, taking that next step in your career, strategizing on goals or building your business pipeline. Renée draws on her two decades of cultivated experience and intuitive mindset to help clients gain clarity and discover what they need to succeed -- simply, organically and from within. ​
Previously a leader at Deloitte, one of the world’s top four professional services organizations, Renée managed programs and internal business operations as Chief of Staff to C-suite executives. Her 20 years of experience in program management with various consulting firms includes leading high-profile, cross-functional projects for federal and local government agencies such as the National Institutes of Health, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor, and local governments in DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Renée has opened doors leading to multimillion dollar contract awards and received numerous accolades, including the National Institutes of Health Director’s Honor Award. As a Business Developer for the Arlington County Employment Center, she helped businesses enhance their overall recruitment, retention, and capture strategies to secure new business partnerships.

A certified business and executive leadership coach, and transformation strategy consultant, Renée uses an intuitive approach, teaching clients the art of manifestation to achieve their goals. With a keen understanding of the complex challenges of rapidly scaling organizations, she has an inherent knack for developing deep relationships and designing frameworks and approaches to not only achieve organizational and business goals, but also in supporting team members meet their career objectives.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & AFFILIATIONS
Renee is an HBCU graduate and holds a Master’s in Public Administration (Public Policy) from Howard University, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Bowie State University, in addition to obtaining an Entrepreneurial Essentials certificate from Harvard Business School. She holds memberships with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Human Capital Institute (HCI) and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (AKA).

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs has helped her to cultivate her passion for helping businesses and executives on their journey to achieving success. Pulling from her Caribbean heritage, Renée definitely loves to celebrate -- whether a win or a setback, there is always an opportunity for growth and new beginnings. In her leisure, Renée loves to spend time with family, friends and enjoys traveling, music, singing and dance.

A lifelong champion for helping others, Renée is also the founder of the Footprints Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)3 component fund of the Greater Washington Community Foundation (GWCF). The initiative has raised more than $150,000 in support of access to post-secondary education for high school students who have lost a biological parent.
